Try cooking spicy and tasty Nigerian food! During the three-day course, you will learn how to cook and prepare a variety of Nigerian dishes.

NFKF promotes culture and awareness of Nigeria and educates its members to be integrated into Swedish society. The organization also works with other types of cultural, sports and educational activities in Gothenburg and Västra Götaland.

Day 1.
You will learn how to make fried rice, plantain & chicken.
Nigerian fried rice with chopped carrots, sweet corn, green beans and shrimps served with ripened fried plantain and succulent roasted peppered chicken.
Jollof rice, salad & beef.
Nigerian jollof rice with chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, onions served with vegetable salad and fried peppered beef.

Day 2.
You will learn how to make Garri (cassava flakes), vegetable soup, Egusi and Okro soup.
Vegetable soup with spinach, crayfish and oil. Egusi soup with melon seeds, crayfish, spinach and oil. Okro soup with Okro, crayfish and oil served with cassava flakes, yam flour and dried yam flour.

Day 3.
You will learn how to make different types of bean cake from Nigeria, Moimoi and akara are two trypes of ban cakes made with beans, oil and some other ingredients, you can eat the bean cakes with different things like peppered fish, rice and so on.
